How do I purchase a “Tap&Play Card”?
There is a Kiosk in Double Tap that can be used to buy a Tap Card. Touch the screen and follow the instructions to purchase the size card you want. There will be a $2 new card fee.
Why do I want to register my “Tap&Play Card”?
If you ever lose your card we can look up your name in the system to issue you a new card with all of your Taps included. There will be a $2 new card fee. By having your name and email, we can also keep you in the loop for future promotions and events!
How do I reload my “Tap&Play Card”?
There is a Kiosk in Double Tap that can be used to reload a card. The prices are all the same but there is no‘new card’ fee.
How do I find the balance of my “Tap&Play Card”?
The kiosk can give you your balance. Tap the screen, then tap where it says, ‘Check Balance’ and followthe instructions.
What are the game costs?
Game costs are in our currency called ‘Taps’. They range from 35 - 95 taps per play depending on what game you want to play.
What if I lose my “Tap&Play Card”? Do I lose my “Taps”?
You won’t lose your taps if you have registered your card with your name and email. We can search for your registered information in our system and transfer the taps to your new card. A $2 new card fee will apply.
What do I do if I tap my card and the game doesn't work?
Find a Double Tap employee and show them the problem. They will fix the issue or provide a free game credit.
How do I register my “Tap&Play Card”?
From the kiosk, feel free to ask a staff member to assist you. You may also set up your physical card with our Mobile Wallet feature.
What are "CAPS"?
This is the name of our redemption currency. You can check your CAPS balance at the Kiosk where you buy and refill your Tap&Play cards. You may redeem your CAPS for various prizes.
How do I earn "CAPS"?
CAPS are a reward for playing, and sometimes playing well, a game that you spent TAPS on.
What prizes can I earn with my "CAPS"?
You redeem CAPS for a drone, Nintendo Switch, Mario Kart Home Circuit, fidgets, candy, & more! Visit our Prize List for a full list!
How do I redeem my "CAPS"?
Take your Tap&Play card up to the bartender & order your desired prize from the prize list. The bartender will remove the CAPS needed for the item you redeem.
How do I get Mobile Wallet?
Go to this link and create an account for you to access your Tap&Play cards. Then, tap “New Card” and type in the Game Card Number & CVV number on the back of your physical card. Give the card a nickname if desired. After the setup, you may tap the wallet in the upper right corner, right next to the three dots. Click “Add to Wallet”. Now you are able to Tap&Play without your game card!
